Questions

Which platforms does Delvora cover?

Instagram, TikTok and YouTube for creator discovery and tracking. Shopify can be connected for sales attribution on Enterprise plans.

How does billing work?

You pay monthly in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Invoices are available in your billing settings. See the Terms of Service for details.

Can I cancel, and do you refund?

Cancel any time from Settings, Billing, or by email. You keep access until the end of the paid period. First-time subscribers can get a full refund within 14 days of the first charge. Full details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Where does the creator data come from?

From information creators have made public on their profiles, obtained through platform APIs and licensed data providers, plus what creators submit through your campaign signup pages. Our Privacy Policy explains the legal basis and how creators can object.

Is Delvora GDPR compliant?

Delvora is operated by a Polish company and built around the GDPR. Our Privacy Policy includes a Data Processing Addendum, and Enterprise customers can request a signed DPA.
